Tamlynn Bryson was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. At the age of six, she appeared in her first school play as Little Red Riding Hood, when she tripped on her cape and fell in front of everyone. From that moment on, she has been determined to redeem herself as an actor. At age seven she started taking classes at The Ottawa School of Speech and Drama (OSSD), where she studied, worked, and volunteered throughout her childhood and teenage years. She continued expanding her theatrical skills in the intensive drama program at Canterbury High School.
